Delivery

We offer free delivery to our mainland UK customers.

All our garment orders are carefully packaged and sent by Royal mail.

Delivery prices may vary and delivery times are subject to confirmation at time of order.

Please be aware that most of our garments are made to order and can take between 2- 4 weeks to produce.

United Kingdom

European Union

Orders from customers within the EU will not incur import duty or VAT charges on delivery, and there are no customs procedures for EU customers to complete.

USA & Canada

Delivery to all US states and Canada is £14.95 please allow 7-10 days on all orders.

Global

The following guide provides an idea of delivery costs for your global region – your price will be confirmed on checkout.

Depending on the customs regulations in your home country, your order may incur duties, taxes and other customs charges on arrival, which are the sole responsibility of the receipient. Delivery times do not take into account local border delays which are beyond our control.

Returns and exchanges

We take every care to make sure that you will be delighted with your order, however if for any reason you are not satisfied we will give you a full refund provided the goods are returned to us within 21 days from date of delivery, This excludes personalised or bespoke orders please note; the majority of our collection is Handmade to order.

When returning an item you must firstly notify us via email. Any items being returned must be unworn and unwashed/ drycleaned, with all original tags and labels still attached, please make sure you include hangers and fabric presentation covers.

If you would like to exchange an item, please return it to us and place a new order.

Any item that was marked as a gift upon purchase may be exchanged for a new item of equal or greater value, provided you pay the cost difference and the additional shipping, and any applicable import duties and taxes.

Otherwise the purchaser’s credit card or bank account will be refunded.

We do not issue credit notes.

Order changes, cancellations and faulty goods

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible and we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request. However, once a product has left our premises for shipping, the purchase cannot be changed or refunded until the product has been returned to us.

European Union customers have the right under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 to cancel your order within 7 working days of the receipt of the item/s by informing us in writing via email to sales@angelsandfishes.com. You will be refunded the full delivery charge where the entire order is returned.

We are not responsible for return delivery costs unless the item is found to be faulty. Products will be examined upon return, and if deemed faulty a shipping refund will be provided up to the value of £25. Please include a copy of the receipt for return costs so we may reimburse you.

We are happy to issue a full refund on receipt and checking of your returned goods within the prescribed returns period, but you must meet the cost of return carriage. While international customers may on return of goods be able to reclaim local customs charges incurred upon importation, but we cannot do this for you.

We recommend that if returning via mail, you obtain a stamped “certificate of posting” form or receipt and retain it as proof of postage; we further recommend that a trackable mail or courier service be utilized and adequate insurance is included, as we unfortunately cannot be responsible for items that do not reach us - goods remain your responsibility until we receive them and can verify condition.

Important: If you are outside the EU please be sure to mark your return package “Returned unwanted GB merchandise” so that you do not incur customs charges when returning goods - these charges will need to be deducted from your refund if they occur.
